Exchange & Return Policy

We have a 7-day Exchange and Return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition in which you received it

• Be unworn and unused

• Have all original tags attached

• Be in its original packaging

• Include a receipt or other proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send an item back without first requesting and receiving return approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
